Mashroat conducts a workshop for the Ministry of Interior’s staff on best practices of project delivery to the Department of Facilities
The department of Assets and Facility Management, in cooperation with the projects department at Mashroat, organized a workshop attended by Ministry of Interior’s staff at the department that aimed at introducing the best practices for project delivery to MOI Facilities Department.
During the workshop, Mashroat delivered a presentation on program’s efforts to enable public entities in building their capabilities in fields of projects, assets and facility management, with the purpose of leading comprehensive transformation enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of the national infrastructure, ensuring sustainability. The workshop also highlighted best practices in asset delivery as part of the project’s lifecycle, which ensures higher efficiency in asset operation and maintenance and sustainability of the ministry’s infrastructures.
The workshop, presented by the Testing and Commissioning Manager in the Project Management Sector, as well as the O&M enablement Sector for the Ministry of Interior. This comes as part of Mashroat continuous efforts to build national capabilities in the field of projects and asset management, transferring and localize knowledge of best local and international practices in this field. Moreover, the program aims to support government entities with detailed manuals for standards, procedures and advanced technological tools that help in monitoring projects and managing assets, in addition to provision of staff training on using such tools.
